15:21. ಈ ಆಕ್ರಮಣದ ಸುದ್ದಿಯು ಬಾಷನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ರಾಮ ನಗರವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ತಾನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದನು. ಅವನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಿಂದ ತಿರ್ಚಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದನು.

15:21. ಬಾಷನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೆ ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರ್ಚ ದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿದನು.

15:21. When Baasha heard the news, he stopped fortifying Ramah and settled down in Tirzah.

15:21. As soon as Baasha of Israel heard what was happening, he abandoned his project of fortifying Ramah and withdrew to Tirzah.

15:21. And it came to pass, when Baasha heard thereof, that he left off building Ramah, and dwelt in Tirzah.
